Welcome to The Fellows Initative

The Fellows Initiative (TFI) is a coalition
of Regional Fellows Programs
(Post-Graduate Christian Leadership Development Programs) established in
key communities around the nation.

TFI is an umbrella organization that serves the regional Fellows Programs where bright, hard-working college graduates are placed in 3-4 day workplace internships.

Fellows study graduate level academic courses one day a week and are mentored by professionals in their area of vocational calling. Additionally, Fellows engage in community and church service activities.

80% of our Fellows are placed in secular vocations and 20% are in engaged in ministry or non-profits.
