Our purpose is to raise up a generation of leaders who know God better, enjoy God more, and discern God's call to work in the World and the Church.
The Fellows Initiative
The Fellows Initiative (TFI) is a coalition of regional Fellows Programs (post-graduate Christian leadership development programs) established in key communities around the nation.
Fellows are bright, hard-working, college graduates who seek to build Christ’s kingdom in their communities and vocations. During their program year, Fellows hold part-time positions in fields related to their interests: business, law, education, the arts, medicine, government, youth ministry, etc. Additionally, Fellows are enrolled in graduate-level academic courses, are mentored by professionals in their area of vocational calling, and regularly engage in community and church service activities.

"Jesus says 'Follow me' and the next time we see them together they're at Levi's house. Is it possible that 'following Jesus' means something different than we've been taught? Maybe it means bringing Jesus to our dinner party instead of us leaving the dinner party and going out and 'becoming religious.'"
